If your double eyelid line has disappeared.
If the double eyelid line has been weakly attached, it may fade over time. The missing double eyelid line is redesigned, and the appropriate method is selected from among various surgical methods such as the buried method and incision method to ensure it will not come loose. If you are concerned that the double eyelid will disappear again in the future, we can solve the issue with an incision to ensure it will remain.

If your double eyelid line is too low.
If the double eyelid line is set too low during the first surgery, we can improve it by designing your desired double eyelid line and selecting a surgical method that suits your eye condition and design. If the eyelid skin is sagging and the double eyelid line is lowered, we can improve it by cutting out the sagging skin and creating a double eyelid line of a desired height.

If you have a severe case of double eyelid scarring.
If the tissue or skin of the eyelid remains, we can cut and reduce the remaining scar to correct the double eyelid line. If you are removing unnecessary scar tissue and creating a double eyelid line but there is an insufficient amount of tissue in the eyelid, we can fix it by implanting fat on the eyelid.

If swelling lasts for a long period of time.
This usually occurs when the fat was not properly removed during surgery or the design was made too high at the beginning. If the fat is not properly removed, the existing double eyelid line will be loosened to remove the adipose tissue and then sutured. If the design is too high, we will remove the scar tissue, fat, and muscle tissue before creating a new double eyelid line.

If your eyelids are asymmetric.
This occurs either when the operation was not performed according to the design during the first surgery or the double eyelid line was not formed properly. We can correct the issue and move it to your desired height. However, the surgical method differs depending on the condition. It is recommended to perform a second operation on both sides to create symmetry.

If your double eyelid line is too high.
If the double eyelid line design was created too high during the first surgery, an incision will be made along the original incision line. The high area will be released, and the size will be reduced. If there is a possibility that the double eyelid will reappear in the original high location from the first surgery, a fat graft or additional surgery using surrounding tissue may be required.
